Nice to meet you
I take a strength-based, collaborative approach to therapy. I believe each client is the expert on their own life and has an innate capacity for healing. My role is to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and gain insight into patterns or coping strategies that may no longer serve them. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and understood. I tailor therapy to each individual and integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic perspectives to support meaningful change and resilience.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy creative expression and lifelong learning. I love painting and drawing, and I have a strong interest in philosophy and spirituality. I’m naturally curious and a bit of a psychology enthusiast, so even in my free time I enjoy listening to mental health podcasts, reading, and exploring new ideas. Music is another passion of mine and something I often turn to recharge. I also enjoy spending time with my family and with my dog and cat, who add a lot of joy and humor to everyday life.
