Nice to meet you
I believe our bodies and stories make sense within the context of what we've lived, inherited, and navigated. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, somatic, and holistic, honoring how identity, ancestry, and systemic experiences shape our well-being. As a woman of color and daughter of immigrants, I bring compassion and cultural awareness to this work. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, with somatic practices and mindfulness. Together, we explore patterns, honor the ways your body has protected you, and create space for healing, reclamation, and reconnection to self.

Interests
Outside of the therapy space, I find nourishment in the simple things—being with the earth, tending to my plantitas, moving my body through yoga, and spending time in nature. I'm a lifelong student of ancestral ways of knowing and caring, and I love learning, reading, traveling, and gathering in community. As a mama, some of my most meaningful moments are spent with my children and loved ones, sharing laughter, creating memories, and finding joy in the everyday.
