Nice to meet you
Bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health practitioner dedicated to supporting adults through a person-centered, integrative approach. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is the primary framework, complemented by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed care. I use ACT/CBT/DBT in an informed, non-manualized way, drawing on years of continuing education. My approach is collaborative and adaptive, tailored to clients’ needs, from crisis support to deeper exploratory work.
