High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health practitioner, I’m passionate about helping adults feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace.
My work is grounded in a person-centered, integrative approach, with Internal Family Systems (IFS) serving as my primary framework. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether clients are seeking support during a difficult period, working through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or looking for deeper self-understanding and growth, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where meaningful change can happen.
