Nice to meet you
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York working with adults, couples, and teens. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self esteem, anger management, Borderline Personality Disorder, attachment issues, and emotional pain.
Past experiences, losses, disappointments, and stress can affect the way we see ourselves, relationships, and life. I believe meaningful change happens gradually, through patience, kindness toward yourself, and small consistent steps.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy learning about different cultures and languages, spending time with animals, exploring nature and cozy places, and finding small ways to make life feel more peaceful and meaningful. I also enjoy reading and learning about psychology, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth, not just professionally but because I genuinely find human connection and understanding interesting. Music, creativity, and simple moments with people I care about are also very important to me.
