Starting therapy can feel intimidating and even a little scary, especially when you’re unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I aim to provide a space to talk, process your experiences, or learn practical strategies. You don’t have to have it all figured out when we meet. We can start wherever you are and go at your pace!
