I’m passionate about working alongside others and believe it’s part of who I am. As a mom and Navy veteran, I’ve supported individuals experiencing grief, trauma, and crisis through roles in hospice- bereavement, spiritual counseling, sexual assault advocacy, and crisis intervention teams in San Diego. I will challenge you—I’m direct but kind, and I use humor when I can for both of us. I’m an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist who often integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and views relationships through an attachment lens. I believe it’s important to find the right fit, whether that’s me or someone I can help you find.
