Nice to meet you
I work with adults in their 20s and 30s who struggle with finding fulfillment beyond their jobs, feelings of disconnection and loneliness, or perfectionism and achievement-oriented tendencies. While I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, I am particularly interested in supporting Asian Pacific Islander American men, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, or those navigating excessive social media and technology use. Inspired by Paulo Freire, I collaborate with clients to help them uncover the answers that were within them all along.
