Nice to meet you

I specialize in post-traumatic growth, or what I call trauma rising, supporting clients in understanding and rising above their trauma. My foundational training is in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and I integrate interpersonal work, mindfulness, attachment theory, and spiritual exploration. I am an interactive clinician, and I see us sketching your story together. I believe our wounds can become our gifts, and healing is achievable through nurturing adult bonds of secure attachment.

Interests

Outside of my clinical work, I am a podcast host and author, with three books published to date—two released this year, including one bestselling title. I also create educational content on my YouTube channel, where I explore healing as activism and the ways personal transformation contributes to collective repair. In my everyday life, I practice daily meditation, love very long walks with my dog, swimming whenever I can, watching documentaries and foreign films, and staying connected to movement and joy—dancing is a non-negotiable. These interests keep me grounded, embodied, and curious, and they continually inform both my creative work and my clinical presence.
