I work with adults dealing with anxiety and overthinking, trauma, relationship and life changes, and challenges related to ADHD or neurodivergence. My style is warm, casual, and collaborative, but also active. We’ll look at patterns, make space for difficult emotions, and work on practical tools you can use outside of therapy. My background in behavioral health, schools, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy taught me to look at the whole picture, not just the symptoms in front of me. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and leave with something useful to work on.
