High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I work with individuals who are looking to process and heal from traumatic experiences. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed or emotionally flooded, and together we gently make sense of those experiences and find ways to feel more grounded and supported. I incorporate psychoeducation, mindfulness, and practical strategies, along with evidence-based approaches like EMDR and CBT, to support meaningful, lasting change. I also work with couples to improve communication and strengthen connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and cared for while moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
