High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the human capacity to heal and grow. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, life transitions, and new motherhood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based work. Together, we can identify meaningful goals and explore healthy, practical ways to reach them.
