Nice to meet you
You’ve tried to understand it, work through it, and move on—but trauma from your past keeps showing up in your present. I help adults heal the deeper patterns behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, and self-sabotage. With more than 20 years of experience and advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I offer a warm, honest, and shame-free approach that moves beyond insight alone. Together, we’ll work through the unresolved wounds beneath your patterns, develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges, and relate to yourself and others with greater compassion.

Interests
Most activities outdoors are very enticing to me. I love a long hike in the mountains, kayaking on a lake, biking around town or on a trail, and snowshoeing in the winter. Thus, any activity that promotes preserving the outdoors is usually of interest to me as well. Furthermore, I also love to bake and make crafts with my daughter and to snuggle up with a good book. Finally, I am a bit odd (in many ways I suppose) in that I find great satisfaction in organizing anything and everything!
