Nice to meet you

In session, I take an integrative approach, drawing from mindfulness practices, trauma-informed care, and cognitive behavioral therapy. While I offer practical skills and strategies to support your unique needs, I also focus on meeting you where you are and understanding your individual experience. I aim to help clients not only navigate challenges, but ultimately become their own therapists—building insight, confidence, and lasting change. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are. Though I bring structure and tools into our work, I also take a collaborative and approachable stance. Getting to know you is an essential part of the process, as it allows me to tailor our work in a way that truly fits you. Therapy with me can be both challenging and empowering, with the goal of helping you move from simply surviving to genuinely thriving.

Interests

I love being outdoors. In warmer weather, I spend my time mountain biking, gardening, laying on the beach, and jet skiing. In the winter, I enjoy skiing and hiking. I feel connected and grounded when I can be outside. I also love visiting new places and learning about different cultures.
