Nice to meet you
I am a therapist specializing in working with men and couples. Couples must be seen in person and is not available virtually at this time. I use principles from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, person-centered, and other approaches to create the right treatment plan for each client. I am warm yet direct and challenging, relying on openness and a willingness to build resilience and restore agency in one's life. As a middle-aged man who raised two sons, I also draw on my own life experiences.
