High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I work with women who are driven, capable, and quietly struggling on the inside. Women who set high standards for themselves but still can't shake the feeling that their best isn't good enough.
My approach includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Therapy, and other nervous system focused techniques to help you overcome imposter syndrome, performance anxiety, creative blocks, and the exhaustion that comes from trying to hold it together for so long.
Women leave sessions feeling lighter, more self-trusting, and more able to show up for themselves, not just everyone else.
