Through my work in university counseling centers, I developed a passion for working with students to navigate the pressure of college life, the uncertainty of transitions, and the development of identity unique to that stage of life. I have special interest in supporting individuals with ADHD and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, in addition to assisting adults of all ages to manage general mental health and adjustment concerns.
