Nice to meet you
I’m a bilingual psychotherapist who works with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. My couples work is based on the Gottman Method (Level 3). As an immigrant and former college professor, I bring a multicultural perspective and a deep appreciation for the experiences that shape who we are. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can create meaningful, lasting change.
