Nice to meet you

I’m a neurodivergent person, creative, nostalgic toy collector, survivor, and therapist. I’m here to guide you in cultivating a sense of self and creating inner safety after trauma. I use many different trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions to create an eclectic and insightful experience tailored specifically for each client. I specialize in helping neurodivergent folx with traumatic and disenfranchised grief, anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), and parental abuse. I offer a place where you can feel heard and connect to yourself again.

Interests

My interests outside of work include collecting a variety of things (toys from the 90s, cool buttons, and Funko pops!), thrifting vintage clothing, reading psychological thriller fiction, watching true crime documentaries, listening (and dancing) to pop-punk music, playing cozy video games like Stardew Valley, taking nature walks, traveling to comic and gaming conventions, and watching favorite YouTubers with my husband.
