Nice to meet you
Feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, trauma, addiction, shame, or relationship struggles? I specialize in PTSD/CPTSD, attachment, recovery, and generational trauma, helping you uncover patterns, understand their origins, and create change. These responses often began as ways to survive. My individualized approach integrates attachment, MRI/strategic therapy, IFS-informed and somatic work, nervous-system regulation, and Gottman-informed couples therapy. As a descendant of Holocaust survivors, I understand how trauma echoes across generations. Together, we can replace shame with understanding—and rediscover choice.
