Bonnie ScarboroughLCSW

Nice to meet you
I work with young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and emotion dysregulation. I strive to create a warm, affirming environment where you can feel seen and heard as we explore past experiences, present challenges, and the future you want to build. My approach is psychodynamic, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I also integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychoanalysis with an empathic and pragmatic style.
