Nice to meet you
My professional path began as a theatre director, evolved through leading the largest rock-climbing gym in Philadelphia, and eventually led me to complete a Master’s in Social Work with a focus on trauma. I specialize in working with healthcare workers, college students, and women, and I have a strong understanding of medical training culture — including residency schedules, hierarchy, and demands — so you don’t have to spend sessions explaining your job. My approach is playful and compassionate while remaining grounded in evidence-based care.
