Nice to meet you
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including underserved communities, transitioning immigrants, couples, families, and multicultural individuals. Life can feel overwhelming when you're facing difficult experiences, major transitions, relationship challenges, or the effects of trauma. I provide a supportive, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Together, we explore how past experiences may be impacting your present while building on your strengths. My goal is to help you develop insight, confidence, resilience, and practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, baking, and participating in community beautification projects. I value opportunities to connect with and mentor children, teens, and young adults, and I enjoy activities that bring people together and strengthen communities. I also love traveling, particularly to countries with limited resources, where I can learn from different cultures and contribute through service and community engagement.
