With over 20 years of clinical experience, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, and life transitions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches. As a bilingual, trauma-focused therapist, my goal is to meet you where you are, build practical coping strategies, and foster insight and resilience.
