I focus on helping clients recognize their strengths and develop healthy ways of coping with stress, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and trauma, and I have experience working with children and adults. Because everyone’s journey is different, I use an individualized approach tailored to each client’s needs. I strive to create a safe, trusting environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring challenges, and taking meaningful steps toward growth. I work collaboratively with clients to help them move through current stressors with self-reflection, personal growth, and practical coping skills. My treatment approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These modalities can support emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and identify achievable next steps. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I’ll meet you where you are with empathy and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths and work toward greater well-being.
