Nice to meet you
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using a culturally responsive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I strive to honor culture, identity, and individual goals. I work with survivors of trauma and violence and understand how essential a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is to the process. With children and adolescents, I use developmentally appropriate strategies to encourage emotional expression, self-understanding, confidence, and healthy relationships.
