Nice to meet you
I am a BIPOC, queer affirming, and trauma-informed therapist. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, it may be your first time discussing sensitive issues and exploring your inner most thoughts and feelings. My priority is to create a safe space where you can explore and process emotions and experiences that impact your day to day life. I treat mental health from a systemic lens, with the understanding that our inner world is inextricable from our interactions with the social context of the outer world. Together we will create space for long term authentic growth.
