Nice to meet you
I work especially well with clients navigating relationship stress—romantic, family, or work—as well as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, or ADHD. My holistic, mind-body approach supports deep, lasting change. I’m down-to-earth and laid-back, and can be direct or lighthearted when needed.
I offer a holistic approach grounded in practices that genuinely facilitate growth and trauma healing. We may work on relationship patterns, process breakups, navigate dating, or improve family or partner dynamics. I draw from CBT, humanistic or Jungian work, 12-step tools, expressive arts, yoga, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu–based somatic practices.
