Nice to meet you
I work collaboratively with individuals and families as they navigate complex and often deeply challenging life experiences. I support clients presenting with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, caregiving stress, and grief and loss—particularly in the context of chronic, serious, or terminal illness and significant life transitions.
Together, we will work toward identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing effective, sustainable coping strategies through an integrative, evidence-based approach.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature and engaging in activities that support balance and well-being. I find a lot of joy in gardening, hiking, and kayaking, and I really value time with my family and my Labrador Retriever. I also appreciate opportunities for continued learning and personal growth—they help me stay grounded and refreshed both personally and professionally.
