Nice to meet you

As a licensed psychologist here in Texas, I have a deep understanding of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery across a range of clinical concerns, ages, and populations. While I am a generalist, supporting individuals who face a range of concerns, I have particular expertise in the area of trauma recovery and trauma-informed therapy. Specifically, I view therapy as an opportunity to support people in gaining a deeper understanding of and empathy for themselves and those they love. I view myself as an ally and coach who supports you in making changes to move towards flourishing. Whether you are seeking to repair your relationship with yourself, a significant other, a friend, a child, or a parent, I’m here to help. I believe that all individuals exist within the context of their most important relationships. So no matter what concern might bring people to therapy, exploring one’s thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences in relationships will be critical to growth and thriving. I use evidence-based therapies to help you take a breath, learn to listen (to yourself and others), identify what you most value and why, and take steps to align your life and behavior with those values. While therapy can be intimidating, uncomfortable, and uncertain at times, I look forward to accompanying you in the process and seeing you reach your goals.
