I specialize in a strengths-based, attachment, and systems approach to help clients recognize the significant impact that one person's change can have on the entire system. I also believe that a holistic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive approach, coupled with behavioral changes, is effective for many clients. Additionally, I interweave my trauma-informed background to support clients through their presenting concerns. I believe that each of us is a unique being, and I thoroughly enjoy partnering with my clients throughout the therapeutic process while addressing their objectives for therapy. I also have a deep appreciation for the performing arts (theatre, dance, music) and recently completed the Adult Advanced Level for California's Certificate of Merit for Piano Performance. I try to keep up with my piano practice amidst a busy schedule. I enjoy cooking or entertaining for family and friends or settling down with a good book.
