Nice to meet you
I specialize in working with individuals navigating BPD, trauma, and self-harming behaviors—particularly those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. I meet people where they are with honesty, respect, and a non-judgmental presence. Grounded in a holistic, solution-focused lens, I help clients build practical, sustainable strategies for healing. Whether we’re unpacking emotional patterns, setting limits, or sitting with discomfort, my goal is to support your growth with clarity, strength, and self-awareness.

Interests
When I am not working, you can find me with my beloved pup, Perkins. Whether we are just hanging out around the house or taking a class, he is by my side. Every winter I like to learn something new or pick a hobby to fight off the winter blues. This year I have taken up weaving, specifically scarfs. Love keeping my family and friends warm during the winter months.
