Nice to meet you

My therapy style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work with clients to address unhelpful thinking patterns, change behaviors that maintain distress, and build effective coping skills using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies. I set clear, measurable goals so progress is visible and meaningful. Sessions are tailored to your background and strengths, incorporating culturally responsive care and bilingual support in English and Spanish. I am also training in EMDR to enhance my trauma-informed approach.

Interests

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting lost in a good book, listening to music, and catching a baseball game. I value connection, balance, and making time for the simple things that bring joy. These interests help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of rest, fun, and meaningful relationships—things I also encourage my clients to prioritize in their own lives.
