I am a warm, empathic clinician that is a strength-based, client-centered, racial justice, and LBGTQ+ allied. The therapeutic modalities and interventions that I commonly use are supportive psychotherapy, insight-oriented therapy, brief Psychodynamic therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My therapeutic orientation is informed by respect, cultural humility, and a genuine interest in providing my clients with a safe space to share their authentic stories and the complexities of their lives.
