Nice to meet you

I am a holistic therapist who specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, including complex and developmental trauma. I am certified through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, having completed Dr. Peter Levine’s three-year Somatic Experiencing International training. I have additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Polyvagal Theory–informed approaches. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, creating a supportive space for healing, growth, and reconnection.
