Nice to meet you

I am here to help you feel centered, understood, and more confident as you move forward. I work with individuals experiencing stress, trauma, or major life changes, exploring what’s been heavy and creating space for healing, growth, and a renewed sense of hope. I offer a calm, steady space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported. Faith values are welcome if you would like to integrate them, and you are equally welcome if not. Our time together will always center on what feels most supportive for you.

Interests

Outside of work, I am a plant lover at heart. I get way too excited watching new leaves unfurl and seeing things grow at their own pace. I am often outside whenever I can be, exploring new places, soaking in nature, or wandering around just to admire unique architecture. I love discovering buildings with personality and little design details that tell a story. I also treasure quiet moments to pause, breathe, and recharge. These simple joys keep me grounded and bring a lot of light into my everyday life.
