Nice to meet you
I’m really glad you’re here. Come exactly as you are—your strengths, your scars, your hopes, and the parts you’re still figuring out. I work with adults across the full lifespan, from age 18 through older adulthood, including individuals in geriatric and nursing‑home settings. I’m also trained to provide calm, steady support during moments of heightened stress or crisis.
Choosing therapy is an act of courage, and I honor the strength it took to take this step. As a licensed psychotherapist in both New York and Florida, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore your story, understand unhelpful patterns, and build coping skills that support the life you want.
You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate it, with curiosity, respect, and care.

Interests
Outside of work, I’m deeply family-oriented and treasure quality time with the people who matter most to me. I love to travel—sometimes for adventure, sometimes just to recharge somewhere peaceful. Being outdoors helps me clear my head, and I have a genuine love for animals (they just make life better). I also appreciate cars—the design, the details, and the personality behind them.
I truly have a soft spot for the aging population. I could sit for hours listening to life stories—the resilience, humor, and wisdom inspire me every time. I feel honored to learn from those who have lived so fully.
