I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with a Doctorate in Social Work. I have 19 years of experience in mental health, working with people as young as 6 months old to 70 years old. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that provides you with practical tools to deal with your issues. My approach will help to develop a greater mind-body connection through somatic therapy, positive psychology, and solution-focused techniques to address your issues.
