High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

Life is full of obstacles which test our abilities and can lead to anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I work with clients to help them feel better about themselves and reframe their past and current situations. I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to helping adults with depression, trauma, and life changes, especially anxiety disorders including OCD. I am trained in a range of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (EXRP). I will collaborate with you to reach your goals, bringing a respectful, warm, non-judgmental approach to our work together.
