High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I believe that it is important to vent to a “professionally trained friend” outside of your normal circle and receive the proper intervention and assistance you need to progress and flourish. I view therapy as a ball of yarn being untangled where the yarn signifies your thoughts. I want you to feel at ease while in session with me and even be able to share a little laughter which I strongly believe is good for the soul. I spend most of my time outside of work exercising, laughing, spending time with my family, and continuing to help people, but with their fitness goals. I look forward to working with you.
