Nice to meet you

I see therapy as a safe place where you can feel supported, understood, and accepted just as you are. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—I’ll walk alongside you as we explore what’s happening beneath the surface and discover new ways of coping, connecting, and healing. I focus less on “fixing” and more on creating space for growth, clarity, and self-kindness, helping you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting change at your own pace.

Interests

Outside of work, I find purpose and joy in pouring into my four children and being present in their lives. I value starting my mornings with prayer and meditation, staying active on my Peloton, and enjoying a good cup of coffee, cocoa, or tea. Traveling, listening to music, and spending time with my dogs, Mocha and Tiffany-Blue, also bring balance and fulfillment.
