Nice to meet you
I specialize in women's issues, parenting, complex trauma, and relationship counseling. Clients often say I’m easy to connect with, empathetic, and a supportive partner in their healing journey. I’m comfortable working with a wide range of concerns and tailor my approach to each individual or couple, using modalities that align with their goals. Therapy has never felt like a job to me—it’s my passion. I also enjoy staying current with research in the counseling field and spend my free time writing, researching, and speaking in the community on various topics.
