I transitioned from a career in internet-related work and ethics and compliance training to become a Mental Health Counselor. I have since supported individuals with depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, and those with intellectual disabilities or on the autism spectrum. My therapy style is warm, relaxed, supportive, and collaborative. I believe we all have significant strengths, many of which we may overlook or be unaware of, and I strive to help clients recognize and build on them.
