Nice to meet you
I am a person-centered therapist and I practice from a Humanistic perspective. More recently I am receiving training and education in decolonizing therapy. I am a laid-back, nonjudgmental clinician who prioritizes the mental well-being of my clients. I used humor, psycho-education, and evidence-based practice to meet each new client where they are. I wrote a dissertation about working with Black professional women and mothers and created an evidence-based approach to help them unlearn the Strong Black Woman narrative.
