Nice to meet you
I specialize in treatment of life-related stress, anxiety, depression, aging and phase-of-life changes, grief and loss, and trauma. I also provide premarital, marriage, and polyamory/non-monogamous relationships therapy. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families using a whole-person approach tailored to the unique needs of each client.

I am primarily Trauma Focused Psychodynamic, but utilize mindfulness, religious/spiritual beliefs, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), medication, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as appropriate.
