Nice to meet you
I practice an eclectic, trauma-informed approach that is both compassionate and practical. I support individuals healing from trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety, as well as women navigating identities, relationships, perimenopause, and menopause. I draw on trauma-focused therapies such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), along with somatic practices to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and restore balance.
