Nice to meet you
Therapy with me is the opposite of one-size-fits-all. It’s real, collaborative, and focused on what actually helps you feel like you. I support teens, young adults, parents, and educators through the messy, human stuff. Sometimes there’s laughter, sometimes there are tears—both are welcome here. I don’t force a rigid framework. I use evidence-based practices like CBT and solution-focused work when they fit, and always center what feels useful to you. We’ll slow things down, build trust, and take it one step at a time, together.

Interests
Outside of work, I'm most myself in nature. Skiing clears my head, surfing keeps me present, and beach days with friends remind me to laugh. I recharge at summer concerts and get lost in good books. Two kids, two dogs, one cat, and a husband who have all made my life considerably less boring. I also didn't discover good coffee until later in life, which I take as proof that we're always changing when we stay open to it.
