Nice to meet you
I recognize that you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to support you in your healing process. I provide a warm, supportive, and often humorous environment, drawing from a variety of modalities. I work with survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual abuse and assault, and childhood trauma, as well as those experiencing depression and anxiety. As a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, I’m passionate about empowering clients and acknowledging how retraumatizing systems and past experiences can impact the present.
