Nice to meet you
I believe therapy can have a profound impact on your life – helping you live in line with your values and goals. Clients describe me as wise, informative, and collaborative. I love asking unique questions that get people curious about their lives and various parts of their personalities. Giving clients tangible skills to practice between sessions is also a priority of mine, so I love providing handouts! My experience revolves around treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. I have overcome my own personal struggles with an eating disorder and depression, so I know healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone!

Interests
Outside of work I love to do arts and crafts, so you can find me in my craft room. I am also very active and enjoy biking, hiking, and camping. You will often see me hanging out with friends or my brown tabby cats Luna and Tuna. Reading historical fiction and listening to podcasts on neuroscience are other passions of mine.
