Nice to meet you
My work is influenced by the latest neurobiology and attachment research, and the knowledge that we are all innately hardwired toward growth and healing…. Sometimes we just need some help getting unstuck.
I believe lasting change happens through having new and better experiences. In my work, I incorporate numerous evidence-based treatments, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which emphasizes the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness approach that emphasizes transformative change through overcoming obstacles that hold us back, and working toward our deepest values, as well as other experientially rooted therapies, including Emotional Focused Therapy and Parts Work.
Because everyone is unique, my work together is tailored to a person's individual needs and experiences. At the heart of my work is the belief that we heal best in safe, collaborative environments and at a pace that feels just right.
