Rarely does life provide easy answers, and I specialize in helping individuals learn how to ask themselves good questions, understand themselves at a deeper level, and change their behaviors to align with their true values and goals. If you find yourself wondering how to move forward and live a fulfilling and meaningful life, it is my aim to facilitate that wrestling process. My experience working in medical clinics has shaped the way I engage with clients through a holistic approach. Working in multiple settings across many different states has deepened my appreciation for the diversity of experiences that make our lives beautiful and can also leave us wounded. My goal is to help clients increase their capacity to hold the complexity of their stories and to develop their confidence and ability to live life to the fullest.
